USA - Bystronic PR series press brakes with pressure reference and new IPC springback compensation technologies deliver accurate, 'first time' bends

Hauppauge (NY) - Bystronic Inc. announces that the PR Series press brake, engineered to deliver a better bend in less time, now comes standard with new Integrated Process Control (IPC) technology. IPC provides faster and more precise springback compensation and thickness measurement for the processing of an even wider range of materials and material thicknesses. A key benefit of the PR Series is the Pressure Reference system which provides users with accurate, first time bends regardless of contact area irregularities. This technology maintains high control over the variables that affect bending performance and accuracy. Dynamic crowning, side frame deflection compensation, pressure regulation, temperature compensation and tool overload protection are all advantages of the Pressure Reference system. With springback compensation, a feature standard on all Series models, users have an exclusive, time-saving technology that effectively eliminates test bending, checking, adjusting and re-bending. It measures material thickness and length and provides compensation for the effects of grain direction and material springback resulting in a highly accurate first-time bend.

PR Series Press Brakes PR6 models are equipped with 6 CNC axis, and PR8 models feature 8 CNC axis. All series models offer the highest level of CNC control and offline software integration to quickly develop bending programs without machine interruption. The PR press brake is an ideal solution for customers looking for a precise and highly productive bending system.

Bystronic Inc. has provided its customers with quality laser cutting, waterjet cutting and press brake systems, training and customer support for over 25 years.
